How much does a concrete patio cost in Cape Coral?
A standard 200 sq ft patio starts at $3,100 under normal site conditions. Larger patios and upgrades like wire, stone base, thicker concrete or a stamped finish add to that. Smaller jobs like pads, walkway sections or repairs are welcome too. Send a few photos and we'll price them individually. The price calculator gives you a range for your exact project in about a minute.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Not every project needs a full patio. Small pads, walkway sections, steps, patches and other jobs under 200 sq ft are priced individually from photos. Add a few pictures on the project form and Syd will get back to you with a price.
How does the online price calculator work?
Pick your project, enter rough measurements and choose your options. You'll see a price range right away. Syd then follows up to confirm measurements, access and site conditions before giving you a final price.
What's included in standard pricing?
4-inch, 3,000 PSI concrete with fiber, forming, normal sod stripping, a broom finish, control joints and cleanup.
What can change the final price?
Tight access for equipment, removing old concrete, slope or drainage problems, extra thickness, permits, a concrete pump and decorative finishes. If anything looks unusual, we'll tell you before the work starts.
The process
What happens after I send my project?
Syd calls you to talk through the job and set up a time to see it. He measures, checks access and drainage, and confirms your price. No pressure and no obligation.
Can I send photos instead of scheduling a visit first?
Yes. Photos of the area and the access to it are a great first step. Add up to three on the project form.
How soon can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Usually you can walk on it after a day or two, and drive on a new driveway after about a week. Weather and the mix affect timing, so we'll give you the exact timing for your job.
Do you handle permits?
When a project needs a permit, we can include permit processing in the job and will tell you up front.

Do you remove old concrete?
Yes. We break out and haul away old driveways, patios and walkways, correct the base and pour new.
Do you do stamped or decorative concrete?
Yes. Stamped patios, pool decks, walkways and borders, in a range of patterns and colors.
How are pool-deck footers priced?
Enter the total linear feet of footer in the calculator and it's included in your range, separate from the deck area.
