What changed
This backyard was mostly lawn off the back of the house. We stripped the sod, formed the patio to pitch away from the house, and poured a clean broom-finished slab with control joints. The result is a level, usable outdoor space that fits the house.
How it was built
Sod stripped and hauled off, forms set for a gentle pitch away from the house, 4-inch fiber-reinforced concrete placed and broom finished, control joints cut, and the yard cleaned up before we left. Syd was on site from layout to cleanup.
